Does the Canon 80D come with a clean HDMI Output that would make it suitable for Fb Live?
If not can you recommend a dslr that comes with the clean HDMI Output ...

I haven't tried it, but I've read that the 80D does not have a clean HDMI output.

What is clean HDMI? Is it different from dirty HDMI?

7D2 has 8bit 4.2.2 hdmi output
(haven't got a clue what that means, but it is RAW / clean, and better than 4.2.0... and it should give you the impression that I know what I'm talking about )

8-bit 4:2:2 is the lowest quality that HDMI permits at 1080p. HDMI can only drop to 4:2:0 chroma sub-sampling in 4K50 and 4K60 resolutions.

I assume that "unclean" means that it has been processed/compressed so that it takes up less space and is easier to transfer.

Having a clean output generally means it can output over HDMI without any of the onscreen graphics (like focus boxes) and it outputs uncompressed at the full resolution. I don't know if you can hide the onscreen graphics with the 80D, but unfortunately it doesn't output at full 1080p over HDMI.
I would personally look at Panasonic's GH4 or GH5 cameras, but this link below lets you check if a camera you are looking at does clean output (seems only the 5D, 1D and 7D range support it on the Canon side).

The answer is Yes, it has a clean hdmi output, according to elgato's tested cameras.

The 80D like most DSLRs is a still photography camera with limited video capabilities. It is not designed for live feed video and you are likely to shorten its life by forcing it to do so.
For live feed you should use a proper video camera although for small format use you would do just as well using a good quality webcam.

Wrestled with this for a while and found a solution for clean HDMI output on *most* digital cameras, including the Canon EOS T7i I have. You have to turn autofocus off on the lens. Most of the canon lenses have an auto focus, and when that is turned on on the lens, it creates the boxes for focus on the HDMI output. Turning that off on the lens creates a clean HDMI output that you can use for streaming. We've found that manual focus in a streaming set up is fine as there isn't typically a lot of movement or depth changes that warrant the need for auto focus.
